Sure, you can buy your own horse, but I prefer just to rent one for an hour or two. For that, San Diego Beach Rides is perfect. The ranch is near the ocean, so the weather is mild and they’re open all year round. They’ve created a little ghost town and have animals on the property to admire as well, including an alpaca."
